Terra Staffing Services, established in 1985, is one of only a few remaining “family owned and operated” agency’s in Wisconsin. We take great pride in building relationships with not only our clients, but also our applicants, each being vitally important to the other. We staff in a number of different categories, including clerical, general labor, skilled trades, management, etc. There is “NEVER A FEE” for applicants using our services and most of our job opportunities have the potential of becoming permanent.
Since Terra Staffing is locally owned, our money stays local and helps to benefit the communities in which we serve. Each year Terra Staffing donates scholarship money to local high schools, we support the Humane Society of Jefferson County and Big Brothers Big Sisters. We are also a proud supporter, and corporate sponsor of the Catch a Dream Foundation, which helps children with life threatening illnesses. Terra Staffing was the seventh largest employer in Jefferson County in 2005 and 2006, and the only staffing agency to make the “Top 10 largest employers” list.
